He is a Post Graduate in Applied Economics and PGDM. He has vast experience in Export and Import of the agriculture sprayers and vector control sprayers.

A Post Graduate in Geology, and an accomplished environmentalist is also a farmer and an expert in public distribution system as well as open trade. His experience is of immense help to the company in providing workable innovations and development of environment friendly farming tools.
Need for Simple Farm Mechanization
Today, in this age of rapid industrialization, agricultural sector in India has not been left behind. Latest and modern innovative farm technologies are readily available. However, the adaptability and acceptability of small and marginal farmers towards these technologies is minimal.
Such technologies are expensive and certain amount of skill is required for their operation, maintenance and care. We must accept that about 85% of Indian farmers are poor and have marginal land holdings. Apart from having limited means, they are also unaware of the technological changes and their availability.
Change is always difficult to adopt and adapt. However, simple and innovative farming implements, which do not require technical skills and are easy to operate and maintain, should be made available to the farmers.
